Permanent site for university of southern punjab, multan

The Governing body of the Marjan Educational Trust (Registered) Islamabad, took all measures to purchase a suitable piece of land for the permanent campus for the University of Southern Punjab Multan, Marjan Educational Trust (Registered) Islamabad have purchased 6.5 Acres (52 Kanals) land instantly for the first phase, land has been transferred/registered in the name of Marjan Educational Trust (Registered) Islamabad.

It is not out of place to mention here that the piece of land acquired is located on the Bosan Road (Baha-ud-Din Zakariya University Road) which is hall mark of educational scenario as most of the prominent institutions of Multan are situated on this road like Lasale High School, Govt. College bosan Road, Govt. Science College, Govt. College of Education, Govt. Comprehensive High Schoo for Boys/Girls, Beconhouse School System, ICMAP and Baha-ud-Din Zakariya University Multan. The location of the permanent premises of the university is quiet ideal being situated among educational empire adjacent to the Zakariya University where facility of public transport from all directions of the city is available for all the times from dawn to dusk, the above said site is around 1.5 Kms from Baha-ud-din Zakariya University Multan.

The univeristy have obligatory and mandatory responsibilities to extend all humanly possible facilities to their taught.

Phase First 2002 to 2007
Phase Second 2008 to 2012
Phase Third 2013 to 2017

The development project will include

1. Construction/development of purpose built state of the art campus.

2. Development of Fund.

3. Services and Utilities.

4. Construction of Administration Block, Academic Building with state of the art Computer Labs.

5. Hostels for Students separate for males and females.

6. Equipment.

7. General Facilities such as Cafeteria, Sports and in-out door Games, Debating Halls, Auditoriums, Conference Rooms, and Gymnasium etc.

8. Library.

9. Close Circuit Televisions.

10. Workshops.

11. Software Development Cell.

12. Deistance Education Center.
